Business Cards

Most people don't give much thought as to the importance of a business card.  They are every where and almost everyone has one.  You've seen one, you've seen them all. Right? Wrong!

The business card is a low cost marketing tool that stays with your customer long after your gone.  It conveys a message about you and your company.  It will lay around on a persons desk and everytime they see it will remind them of you, your company and your product.  It would only make sense that you make the most of this 3.5"x2" prime real estate.  Make sure that it catches a persons eye from a far away glance, that it is distinctly yours and that it represents the message you are trying to convey.  If you sell cupcakes, then have a picture of a cupcake on it, or be shaped like a cupcake.

The typical information on a business card includes company name, logo, address, phone number, fax number, website, the persons name, title name, position or occupation, e-mail address, cell number, and company tag line.  Make sure the color, background, theme, pictures and feel represent the message you are trying to convey and remember, you don't have to follow the rules.  Your card can be unique and you can include or exclude any information you want.  Use your imagination and keep in mind that your business card is leaving an impression long after you leave.
